WLTCo. to have entertainment at annual meeting set January 8

The Washington Little Theater Annual Meeting on January 8 will feature special entertainment.

Debbie McLeod will sing songs from "Gypsy," Emma Collins will perform a violin medley, Genevieve Coe will play her harp, and if the Jones Boys can get out on a school night they will entertain the group with "singing and picking."

The slate of officersand directors for 2008 will be presented and members may nominate from the floor.

A new feature of this year's meeting will be "door prizes" provided by members of the 2007 board. Already in hand for prizes is a "Pie of the Month" for three months; a best-selling novel; and a children's board game.

Refreshments will be served and 2007 production directors will be recognized.

The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at the Little Theater Playhouse on North Alexander Avenue. All members and those interested in becoming members are invited and urged to attend.
