Library Friends to hold membership meeting Thursday, February 14

The annual membership meeting of the Friends of the Mary Willis Library will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, at the library.

The program will highlight literature for children. Members are asked to bring a favorite children's book to show or perhaps to read to the group. "Whether it's Dr. Seuss, Peter Rabbit, Curious George, or Harry Potter, we hope everyone will bring a book and join in the fun," commented Evelyn Bennett, Friends president.

Dues may be paid at the meeting or may be mailed to Oliver Myers, P.O. Box 901, Washington 30673. Dues are $10 for individuals; $15 for family; $25 for good friend; and $50 for best friend. New members are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
