Hendrix children gather for family reunion in Danburg

The Danburg country home of Mike and Patricia Lindsey of Kennesaw was the site of a recent postholiday reunion of the children of the late Grady E. and Agnes B. Hendrix.

The Lindseys' country home is the restored residence of his grandparents.

The group met at noon for a delicious meal and an afternoon of visiting and reminiscing.

The table was decorated in keeping with the season and the house was festive throughout for the occasion.

The hosts prepared delicious pork tenderloins and other family members contributed their favorite side dishes and desserts.

Attending in addition to the hosts were Gene and Reba Thornton, Grady and Ruth Rogers and Mary Burt of Washington; John and Fannie Mae Hodge of Abbeville, S.C.; Zan and Marjorie Bunch of Tignall; Richard and June Hendrix of Ormond Beach, Fla.; and Kathy Hendrix of Thomson.
