Holly Jordan, Nicolas Hartley to marry in March 8 ceremony

Holly Jordan Nicolas Hartley

Larry Jordan of Washington announces the engagement of his daughter, Holly, to Nicolas Hartley of Athens, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Hartley of Evans.

The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Ada Ruth Bell Jordan and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bell and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Walter Jordan.

She is a 1999 honor graduate of Washington-Wilkes Comprehensive High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Georgia in Athens where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development. Miss Jordan is currently pursuing her Masters of Social Work at the University of Georgia and is employed by the Department of Family and Children Services as a Social Services Case Manager.

Mr. Hartley is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. André Prevot of Tours, France, and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Hartley and Mrs. Margaret Kelly of Louisville.

He is a 2000 honor graduate of Jefferson County High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Journalism with a focus in Public Relations. Mr. Hartley is employed as Assistant Branch Manager at Sun Trust Bank.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, March 8, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Washington.
