Bethel UMC holds spaghetti supper, funds for Relay

Bethel United Methodist Church kicked off the Little River Charge Relay for Life festivities as it hosted a spaghetti supper Saturday night, February 16, in their fellowship hall.

Bethel members prepared the spaghetti while other Little River Charge churches, Mt. Zion and Smyrna, provided the salads and desserts respectively.

The Little River Charge team includes Rebra Brown, captain, and Zella Bennett, co-captain.

Twenty-seven members and guests attended and raised $287.

All proceeds from this event and others that are still in the planning stages will go directly to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
