For surpassing 750,000 work hours without a lost-time incident, Anthony Forest Products Georgia Laminating plant was recently presented Wausau's Silver Customer Safety Award by Bob Cauthen, CSP, Loss Prevention Technical Consultant for Wausau Insurance Company.

"It was our pleasure to present this award to you in recognition of exceptional safety performance in the completion of over 750,000 work hours without a lost time incident," Cauthen said. "This record began in September 2003 and is continuing. Your OSHA DART (Days Away from Work, Restricted Work Activity, and/or Job Transfer) rate during this period was approximately 1.07, as compared to the industry average of 4.3. We appreciate your hard work and dedication and your company's commitment to providing a safe work environment for all employees."
