Final home appearance is Saturday

When the Augusta State Jaguars beat North Georgia last week, former W-W Tiger A.J. Bowman (above) pumped in 24 points and moved into fourth place on the ASU career scoring list with a total of 1,627 points. Bowman's 24-point, 11-rebound performance in Dahlonega was his fourth double-double of the season. His team-leading average is 19 points a game and he has amassed 473 points so far this year. The eighth-ranked Jags were 21-4 overall and 16-2 in the conference going into Wednesday's game at Columbus. The final game of the regular season and Bowman's last home game as a senior Jaguar will be held this Saturday, March 1, when ASU hosts Georgia Southwestern for "Senior Day." Game time is 4 p.m. at the Christenberry Fieldhouse. (Photo by Sparky Newsome)
