Primary Performers present PTG program
The W-WPS Primary Performers, directed by Ann Tiller, delivered an exciting program of music for the March PTG meeting on Tuesday night, March 11, for parents and teachers at the school. The high-energy program was packed with fun for the performers and the audience alike. The program included two new songs by Mike Wilson, "It's All Good" and "Yakkin' On A Cell Phone," from the Music K-8 series. Other new music was from Kids On The Move by Sally Albrecht and Jay Althouse. These songs were "Kids on the Move!," "Too Hot to Tango," "Disco Here! Disco There!," "Shadow Dancin," "Reachin' Higher and Higher," and "Join the Conga Line." Children also sang two favorites from past years that were "I'm Gonna Be" and "Song of Peace." Primary Performers is a group of 45 second- and third-grade students who are hand-picked. They practice twice weekly from 7:45 until 8:15 a.m.
