Wilkes Walker celebrates third birthday March 3

Wilkes Duncan Walker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Walker, celebrated his third birthday on March 3 and was treated on several occasions.

On Sunday, March 9, Wilkes was treated with a "Let's Play in the Dirt" party. Everyone enjoyed cake decorated with tiny construction tractors, ice cream, cheese straws and chips. The highlight of the party was his giant sandbox built by his daddy and uncle, Shane Moore. The children had fun playing with the dump trucks and sand toys.

Celebrating with Wilkes and his parents were his brothers, Jackson and Ford; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Newsome, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Walker and Mrs. Rose Ware; Shane Moore, Lindsey and Walker, Mr. and Mrs. Billy Caddell and Dixon, Mr. and Mrs. Casey Jackson, Madeline and Ella, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Lyons and Mitchell, Mike Newsome and Leonard Danner.

Wilkes also celebrated at the home of J.C. and Virginia Boutwell. As a special treat the children enjoyed Happy Meals and cookies.
