Classic South Equine sets Derby Day parade for Washington May 3

The Classic South Equine Association has announced that the Classic South "Kentucky Derby Day" horse parade will be held in Washington on Saturday, May 3, and welcomes anyone riding or driving an equine participate in the event.

Those who would like to participate in the hour long parade through historic Washington should plan to arrive at the Southern States store on Norman Street in time for the starting line-up at 1:30 p.m. A negative Coggins test certificateis required for any animal participating.
