Lindsey Hitchcock entertained at bridesmaids' luncheon Apr. 12

April bride-elect Lindsey Hitchcock was entertained at a bridesmaids' luncheon Saturday, April 12, at Cateechee Country Club in Hartwell. Sheryl Calvert of Denver, Colo., was hostess for the occasion.

Miss Hitchcock, whose marriage to Cary Callaway will be a weekend event, was lovely in a green, black and white sundress topped with a black sweater.

The party area was beautifully decorated as tables, covered in white, held tall glass cylinders of calla lilies and trailing spirea.

Guests enjoyed a delicious lun- cheon course of grilled chicken salad, pasta salad, tuna salad, fresh fruits and breads. Individual fresh strawberry parfaits were served for dessert.

During the festivities the brideelect presented her attendants with special theme bags filled with jewelry for the wedding as well as other wedding and personal accessories.

Special guests joining Miss Hitchcock and her attendants were her mother, Melanie Hitchcock of Lavonia and the prospective bridegroom's mother, Penny Callaway of Washington.
