Young Georgia Author advances

Wilkes County Superintendent Joyce Williams (left) joined Board of Education members in honoring Katie Trimm, whose 2007 Young Georgia Authors entry "Your World" advanced to district competition, at Monday night's Wilkes County Board of Education meeting. Trimm won a $100 Savings Bond and a certificateof achievement.
