Russell inducted into honor society Sigma Alpha Theta

Adam Russell was inducted into the Sigma Chapter of Sigma Alpha Theta on April 2.

Sigma Alpha Theta is an honor society for the College of Environment and Design at the University of Georgia. It has as its mission to encourage, recognize, and reward excellence in preparation for the profession of landscape architecture.

Leadership and sound character are emphasized while preserving the valuable traditions and customs consonant with the wise husbandry of the land is sought.

Russell was chosen as a member after achieving a 4.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) for the past two semesters.

He is the son of David and Cindy Russell of Washington-Wilkes. He and his wife Sarah and daughter Aralyn live in Statham.
