Athens Tech announces winter President's List, Dean's List

The names of students who have been named to the president's list and dean's list for the winter quarter at Athens Technical College have been released by the college.

The president's list includes eight students who live in Wilkes County. The students and their programs of study are Venessa Dabolt, Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management; Jessica Fant, Early Childhood Care and Education; Katie Fortson, Health Care Science; David Gunter, Automotive Fundamentals; Melissa Hawes, Medical Assisting; Shondra Mills, Early Childhood Care and Education; Douglas Pullen, Health Care Science; and Kris Tubiera, Respiratory Therapy.

Students who carry 12 or more credit hours and earn a grade point average of 4.0 are named to the president's list each quarter.

The dean's list includes three students who live in Wilkes County. The students and their programs of study include Jamel Bradley, Accounting; Heather Hammond, Health Science; and Danielle Turner, Respiratory Therapy.

Students who carry 12 or more credit hours and earn a grade point average of between 3.5 and 3.9 are nominated to the dean's list each quarter.
