W-WHF to sponsor overnight trip to art museum in Ala.

The Washington Historical Foundation is sponsoring an overnight trip to the Westervelt Warner Museum of American Art in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

The group plans to stay in the lodge adjacent to the museum and tour the museum and gardens. The museum is said to hold one of the truly great private collections of American fineand decorative arts anywhere in the country with fineexamples by all of the American masters.

An informational meeting concerning the trip will be held on Sunday afternoon, April 27, 2:00- 2:45 p.m., to provide information for anyone interested in making the trip. The meeting will be held at Wisteria Hall, 225 E. Robert Toombs Avenue.
