Drunk driving, driving without licenses top April's roundup of law enforcement Drunk driving and driving without a license were the most common incidents reported by law enforcement in Wilkes County during the month of April. Larry Wingfield,49, of Washington, was arrested April 14 by Washington Police and charged with possession of firearms by a convicted felon; cruelty to children; and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released on $15,000 bond. Willie Moreland, 64, of Rayle, was arrested April 24 by Washington Police and charged with public drunk. He was held on $264 bond. Sharon Faglier, 51, of Dearing, was arrested April 24 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence and two traffic infractions. She was released on $1008 bond. Dinah Harris, 45, of Washington, was arrested April 24 by Washington Police and charged with driving on a suspended tag. She was released on $1,426 bond. Rollin N. Jones, 53, of Tignall, was arrested April 24 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with contempt of court (child support). Phillip L. Morgan, 39, of Washington, was arrested April 23 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with contempt of court (child support) and held on a probation violation. James Martin, 40, of Monroe, was arrested April 19 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence; violation of the habitual violator law, driving while license withdrawn and a traffic infraction. He was released on $2,323 bond. Bobby Norman, 23, of Lincolnton, was arrested April 19 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence. He was released on $814 bond. Michael Scott Yancey, 42, of Washington, was arrested April 18 by Washington Police and charged with driving with no insurance; driving with an expired decal; and with driving while tag is suspended. He was released on $2,486 bond. Abbie Kristen Clayton, 20, of Tignall, was arrested April 20 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence and with a traffic violation. She was released on bond. Christopher Neal Land, 27, of Washington, was arrested April 19 by Washington Police and charged with simple possession of marijuana and with driving while license withdrawn. He was released on $4,678 bond. Freddie Lee Mahoney, 50, of Washington, was arrested April 21 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence; driving while license withdrawn; and with a traffic violation. He was held on $3,150 bond. Johnny Jerome Brown, of Washington, was arrested April 17 by Washington Police and charged with driving while license withdrawn and with speeding 26-30 miles over. He was released on $2,000 bond. Lareekas Jernigan, 28, of Greensboro, was arrested April 23 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with driving under the influence (second offense); driving while license withdrawn (second offense); and violation of the open container law. He was held on $2,740 bond. Natasha Smith, 28, of Washington, was arrested April 16 by Washington Police and charged with driving while license withdrawn. She was released on $1,426 bond. Tiffany Cyvonne Syphore, 29, of Washington, was arrested April 11 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with deposit account fraud. She was held for authorities in Clarke County, Jackson County, and Hart County Allison M. Quinn, 24, of Rayle, was arrested April 15 by Washington Police and charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on payment of a cash fine. Glen Michael White, 33, of Rayle, was arrested April 12 by Washington Police and charged with driving while license withdrawn; driving while tag is suspended; and driving with no insurance. He was released on $4,000 bond. Eddie L. Williams, 56, of Wilkes County was arrested April 12 by Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with charged with driving while license withdrawn. He was released on $1,500 bond. John Willie Smith, 28, of Washington, was arrested April 10 by Washington Police and charged with driving while tag suspended; removing a plate to conceal vehicle identification;and driving with no insurance. He was released on $2,486 bond. Jerry J. Wingfield,26, of Rayle, was arrested April 9 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with forgery in the first degree. He was held on a probation violation. Alphonso Norman, 36, of Tignall, was arrested April 10 by Wilkes County deputies and held on three child support orders to incarcerate. Choice Nash, 41, of Wilkes County was arrested April 12 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with contempt of court (child support). Robert Douglas Johnson, 35, of Wilkes County was arrested April 6 by Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine; driving while license withdrawn; and driving under the influence. He was held on $29,500 bond. Adrian Devin Reid, 23, of Lincolnton, was arrested April 6 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence; driving without a license; driving while tag is suspended; driving with no insurance; and failure to dim headlights. He was released on $3,250 bond. Alfredo Soto Torres, 19, of Washington, was arrested April 5 by Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with driving under the influence; driving without a license; and with a traffic violation. He was held on $2,000 bond. Michael McClendon, 53, of Tignall, was arrested April 5 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence; driving with an open container; and two traffic violations. He was released on $2,364 bond. Michael Wylie Jr., 19, of Washington, was arrested April 4 by Washington Police and charged with simple battery. He was released on $10,000 bond. Jeremy B. Bowick, 31, of Washington, was arrested April 4 by Washington Police and charged with violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and driving without insurance. He was released on $25,500 bond. John Wesley Darrisaw, 56, of Gainesville, was arrested April 5 by Georgia State Patrol troopers and charged with driving under the influenceand with speeding. He was released on $1,500 bond. Riccardio Harris, 28, of Covington, was arrested April 5 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence; driving while license withdrawn; and speeding 26-30 miles over. He was released on $3,250 bond. Frederick T. Gartrell, 33, of Washington, was arrested April 3 by Washington Police and charged with driving while license withdrawn. He was released on $1,426 bond. Valerie M. Terrell, 42, of Washington, was arrested April 2 by Washington Police and charged with felony aggravated assault by motor vehicle. She was released on $10,000 bond. Detra M. Moore, 30, of Washington, was arrested April 3 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with burglary. No bond was noted. Jonathan Lamont Booker, 29, of Washington, was arrested April 6 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence; and a traffic violation. He was released on $1,596 bond.
Christopher Sim Binns III, 35, of Washington, was arrested April 5 by Washington Police and charged with driving while license withdrawn and with driving with no insurance. He was released on $2,716 bond.
