Just a Thought

Some preachers mostly preach only prosperity. Some mostly preach only positive thinking. Some mostly preach only about God's love. Some mostly preach only about God's judgment. But Jesus and the Apostles preached and taught it all. The whole Bible. Amen!
Soe hardly ever preach about healing and practicing the laying on of hands. Some hardly ever preach bad, about sin, or about hell, and you would have to put a shotgun to some preachers' heads in this modern time for them to preach on immoral dress and proper dress, but Jesus and the Apostles of the early church addressed these issues.
They preached and taught it all. The whole Bible. One preacher told me that you can't preach that stuff any more because nobody wants to hear it, and I thought, well. the Apostles confronted that same problem about many things. Folks didn't want to hear it, but did that stop them? No! What Jesus taught was not popular among the religious groups, but did that stop Him? No! A million times no!
The problem is that everyone has let this modern day way brain wash them into thinking that you can be everyone's buddy and still be a good parent, a good teachers, and a good preacher or pastor.
Well, you can be good to folks and be friendly to folks, but when it comes to your standards we must not compromise to be anybody's friend. Can you say amen.?
