Anna Schroeder Brown

Funeral services for Anna Schroeder Brown, 75, of Ware- McLendon Road, Tignall, were held Tuesday, April 29, 2008, at the Tignall Baptist Church with Rev. Dale Fincher officiating. Interment was in the Tignall Baptist Church Cemetery. She died Saturday, April 26, at her home.

Mrs. Brown was a native of Wilkes County and have lived here all of her life. She was the daughter of the late Otto Schroeder and Ellen Slay Schroeder and was the widow of Maurice Brown. She had worked at Almar Manufactuing Company, and was a homemaker. She was a member of he Tignall Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Marianna Brown of Tignall; and a brother, Curtis H. Schroeder of Lincolnton.

Pallbearers included David Turner, Johnny Turner, Freddie Rhodes Jr., Al Hawks, James Broome, and Shane Denard.

Hopkins Funeral Home of Washington was in charge of arrangements.
