For the covered dish salad supper, tables were festively decorated with colorful mats and linens and centered with roosters in different styles and colors filled with zinnias. After a welcome by Mrs. Nelms, Teresa Bishop offered an opening prayer and blessing. Following dinner, the ladies adjourned to the great room for the business meeting and program. Melanie Wells presided and led the WMU Watchword. Among the items of business was the planning of several mission action projects.
