Children's author entertains at Wilkes schools
 Children's author Ronda Friend (R. Friend) kept her audience spellbound at Washington-Wilkes Primary School Tuesday with stories from her "Down on Friendly Acres" series. Friend, who also entertained at the elementary school, brings vocabulary words and character lessons to life with her animated stories of family life on the farm. After the assembly, the author was available to autograph books for the children. |
