Private graveside services for Geraldine Delia Martin Ortyl, 83, of Washington, formerly of Connecticut, were held February 3, 2009, in Resthaven Cemetery, Washington. She died February 2, at her home.

Mrs. Ortyl was a native of New London, Connecticut, and the daughter of the late Wilfred and Isabel Enos Martin. She was the widow of William Ortyl and was of the Catholic faith. She was a retired Sterile Processing Technician.

Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Mills, Washington, and Kathleen Han, Uncasville, Conn.; a son, William Ortyl Jr., Cottageville, S.C.; six grandchildren; five greatgrandchildren; four great-greatgrandchildren; and six siblings, Sandra Boyle, Bremerton, Wash., Vivian Autcncio, Fairfield, Calif., Wayne Martin, New London, Conn., Carol Loper, New London, Conn., Billy Martin, Norwich, Conn., and Tommy Martin, Salem, Conn.
