Insurance questions to be answered here on Thurs., March 12
Georgia residents with insurance problems or questions can receive assistance directly from the state commissioner's office by contacting his insurance investigator who will be working in Washington next month.
An investigator is scheduled to be in Washington from 1:30-3 p.m. March 12 at the Mary Willis Library. Please call this location at 706-678- 7736 to confirm the investigator's schedule.
If you cannot meet with the investigator during these hours there are other ways that you can receive assistance. Investigators are available to assist you by phone from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. The toll free number is 800- 656-2298. You can also contact the office by e-mail by going online at www.gainsurance.org.
