Wednesday, July 8 -- Morning, Heritage Health Care of Wilkes, Simpson Corner, Wee Care, CSRA Private Duty, and Funshine Day Care.

Afternoon -- Ashford Court Apartments and Harper's Personal Care Home.

July 22 -- Morning, U.S. 78 to Rayle, Rayle Assisted Living, Pines Lane Drive, Sisson Bridges Roada, Courtground Road, and Beaverdam Road.

Afternoon -- Newtown Road, Mallorysville Road, and Tignall Assisted Living Home.
