We had a very good attendance at Clifford's Grove Baptist Church Sunday. The number of small children has increased and it thrills Rev. Martin when they gather up for storytime. We all receive a blessing just watching them. .Last Sunday night, Trudy and John Sutherland enjoyed having supper with Brad and his friend, Blain McMichael, in Augusta. .Sue Davis spent Tuesday with her daughter, Faye Scoggins, and her family in Augusta. .Janet and Scott Blaine and Sue Davis spent Friday in Augusta. .Saturday, June 27, was Janet and Scott Blaine's 27th wedding anniversary. They celebrated the occasion that day in Augusta. .James and I enjoyed the home-cooked supper at Fishing Creek Baptist Church Saturday night. .Charles and Amelia Hopkins of Elbert County visited Iris Dyson Sunday afternoon. .Charlie Branham spent Sunday night with Benjamin Hodges. .I hope everyone will have a nice and safe Fourth of July. We always enjoy the fireworks display on The Square every year. .God bless our military personnel who are defending our country for our freedom. Thanks to them and their sacrifices, we can celebrate the Fourth of July.
