Gary Norman (right) provided an interesting and enlightening program on the nation's increasing problem with illegal immigrants to the Washington Rotary Club at its regular Thursday lunch meeting. He provided a lot of information including a history of how immigration has been handled in the past and some suggestions about what might be done to solve the current dilemma.
