Wilkes County Commissioner John Howard and family took The News- Reporter on their recent visit to the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia where they toured the underground bunker that was built to house Congress during the Cold War. The bunker was kept secret for approximately 30 years. This News-Reporter is 310 miles from home.
