Ana Turner attended the Upward Bound Program's award ceremony, held at the University of Georgia, on July 9. She received four awards for achieving the highest grade point average in science, math, Spanish, and study skills.

Turner is an upcoming senior at Washington Wilkes Comprehensive High School and is the daughter of Milton and Anita Turner.
