Blackmon wins prize shotgun

Washington's Bubba Blackmon holds the first prize from the recent Ducks Unlimited banquet, a Browning Citori Grand Lightning 12-gauge presented by Scott James, DU's regional director for East Georgia (at left). Blackmon bought a $100 decoy at the banquet, and his entry was picked by chance. The shotgun, valued at $12,000, is covered with engraving done by Michael Collins and is finished with a Grade 6 walnut stock. "This one's going in the gun safe," Blackmon said. "It's a little too nice to hunt ducks with."
