Edward and Cynthia Moore Edward and Cynthia Bolton Moore of Rayle celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on Saturday, August 22, with a renewing of their wedding vows at the home of their uncle, Pastor Frank Moore, on the Philomath Road in Rayle. The event also marked the gathering of the Moore and Smith families for a family reunion.

Prior to the barbecue, the anniversary couple, who were married on August 17, l984, renewed their wedding vows. Pastor Moore led the ceremony and the couple joined in the exchanging of rings.

Following the ceremony, all celebrated with a festive barbecue and time of fellowship.

A beautiful and delicious heartshaped anniversary cake, topped with two doves, was cut and enjoyed with ice cream during the celebration and reunion.

Approximately 75 members of the Moore and Smith families attended.
