Funeral services for Dora Bell Wright, 77, of Campobello were held August 27, 2009, in the Chapel of Eggers Funeral Home, Boiling Springs, S.C. She died Monday, August 24. Interment was in Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Wright was a native of Bowman and a daughter of the late James O. and Lillie Mae Patterson Smith. She was first married to the late Joe Brown, and was the widow of Bill Wright. She was a homemaker and attended Open Arms Christian Fellowship.

Survivors include a son, Cecil Brown of Campobello; daughters and sons-in-law, Annette Norris of Washington, Linda and Kevin Doss of Commerce, and Elaine and Micah Hames of Gaffney, S.C.; a sister, Evelyn O'Kelley of Lexington, S.C.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
