T he North Wilkes Steering Committee met last week and welcomed the newest member, Betsy Harrison, to the committee.

Vendor applications for the fall festival on November 7 are coming in steadily with a good variety. For the children, there will be a moonwalk and slide, a striker, a stagecoach to give rides, horse rides, hayride, face painting, and a professional photographer to take those fall pictures of the children. F or adults, bingo, cake walk, live entertainment, and plenty of food will be available. T his is a big day for the town of Tignall so everyone do your part even if it's just by attending the festival.
