Administrator Ray Hardy cuts the ceremonial ribbon on the CSRA Private Duty Adult Day Health center on West Robert Toombs Avenue, surrounded by clients, staff, Chamber of Commerce members, and friends. Hardy, in partnership with Deborah Sherrer and Tommy Bradford, offers daytime care for individuals who don't require 24-hour institutional care, but are not capable of full-time independent living due to a physical or mental disability. "Our program allows the caregiver opportunities to run errands, visit with family and friends, or just take a break," Hardy said.
