The young Tigers of Washington- Wilkes Middle School added another victory to their 2009 season when they beat Glascock County 31-6 last Wednesday at Tiger Stadium.

Touchdowns were scored by Tamarcus Young who ran 99 yards from scrimmage for the second time this year, Javaris Grant who returned a kickoff, Jalen Turner who scored and also threw a touchdown pass to Devon Lewis.

On defense, head coach Don Keiser reported that Deverrius Smith had a pass interception and Hunter Newsome has a solo tackle "that was great - it was just him and the other guy."
