Students visit Moore farm

 The Agricultural Education Department at Washington-Wilkes Comprehensive High School provides students with many opportunities. Mr. Heaton's Animal Science and Agriscience classes took a trip to Shane Moore's farm on September 11 where Moore demonstrated the design of his cattle-working facilities. His facilities use a circular pattern to reduce stress on cattle and reduce labor costs. Students were given the opportunity to ask questions. |
