Black urns filled with white gladioli and magnolia leaves dressed each side of the door. In the foyer, an antique table held a framed black and white photograph of the Keeners and their 1959 wedding party, the guest book and an engraved tussie mussie of sweetheart roses and greenery, a gift from the hostesses. Mrs. Keener's bridal portrait was displayed on the hall secretary. At the end of the foyer, a tall chest topped with a crystal pedestal bowl of ecru roses and greenery was flanked by a portrait of the bridal couple and brass candleholders.
