The Washington-Wilkes Parks and Recreation Department has announced that registration for basketball 2009 has begun.

Participants who sign-up before November 16 will receive a $5.00 discount. The final date to sign up is November 23. No late sign-up will be accepted.

The program is for boys and girls ages seven through 13. Cost for ages seven and eight is $35; for ages nine through 13, $43.
