Harper's Personal Care residents enjoy visiting with family, friends

Mrs. Lois Flynt and Faye Bufford went with Doris Rhodes to Clayton. We had the best time. We both like the mountains. Doris treated us with lunch. I surely will not forget that day. Mrs. Flynt has a birthday this month on November 26. The 4-H Club gives us birthday gifts , and to the other residents. ƒEd and Tripp visited Melvin Cawley. ƒLois Poss held exercise class for the residents. ƒ Julia Gartrell, Louise Mobley, and Margie Burke visited residents and had fellowship, singing and praise. ƒMrs. Nancy C. Gunby went shopping. She went with Clara Sutton to a banquet in Augusta. She went to church Sunday with Jessie Sims. ƒDorothy Bentley and Martha Aycock visited Harper's. ƒGuests of Mrs. Blanche Sisson included Shirley Goldman, Jerrie Ann Stewart, and Barbara Walters. Mike Sisson visits his mother every day. ƒHarrison Barnett's visitors were Mona Jones, Irene Rousey, and Mrs. Johnnie Booker. ƒDale Spence went out to eat with Susan Spence. ƒ Bobby Blakey visited Mrs. Lois Flynt. ƒTrudy Edmunds visited Mrs. Mary Jane Justice. ƒJane Hill visits Mrs. Lois South every day. ƒMrs. Pete Strother spent an afternoon with Inez Hall and family and attended the fish fry later in the evening. ƒMembers of the Washington Church of God visited the residents and presented devotion, prayer, and singing. ƒJimmie Justice and Jimmie Justice Jr., Jim and Heather visited Mrs. Mary Justice. ƒ Johnnie Booker visited Harrison Barnett and said, "God bless each and every one." ƒArnold Wheelbarger and family had a wonderful lunch at the Home Cafe.

ƒMike Sisson visited Mrs. Blanche Sisson and Faye Bufford and brought us red roses and tomatoes from his home. They are beautiful. ƒAmelia Harrison visited Mrs. Rebecca Gobble. ƒLinda Griggs visited Mrs. Sara Curtis. ƒMeredith Williamson and Sharon Williamson visited Mrs. Bessie Skipper. ƒTicie Edmonds' mother-in-law, Mrs. Nancy Edmonds, passed away and we send our sympathy and love to the family. The beautiful flowers in the lobby at Harper's are in honor of her.
