Graveside services for Tom Webb Bufford of Bartram Trace, Rayle, were held Monday, November 16, 2009, at Tabor Baptist Church. He died Friday, November 13.

Mr. Bufford was the son of the late Guy and Fannie Amason Bufford. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during World War II.

Survivors include Tom Webb Bufford Jr.; two brothers, Guy Bufford Jr. of Washington and Frank D. Bufford of Calhoun Falls, S.C.; and two grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Rees Funeral Home of Lincolnton was in charge of arrangements.
