Thomas Benjamin Moss

Funeral services for Thomas Benjamin Moss, 76, were held Saturday, November 13, 2009, at Trinity Baptist Church, Tignall, with Rev. H.M. Easley officiating. He died Saturday, November 7. Interment was in the church cemetery.

Mr. Moss was a native of Lincolnton and the son of the late Earl Moss, and the late Georgia Ann Bradford Moss. He served in the United States Army from April 1954 through February 1956. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Moss; two daughters, Dianne Brinkley and Regina Moss Wilkinson; two sons, Timothy Moss and Christopher Moss; three sisters, Jacqueline M. Easley, Rosetta M. Nixon, and Marie J.M. James; three brothers, Terry Moss, Earl Moss Jr., and Billy Mahoney; and nine grandchildren.

McLendon Memorial Funeral Home of Washington was in charge of arrangements.
