Tells of highway safety

 Lt. Donnie Smith presented the program at the Washington Kiwanis Club meeting on Tuesday, November 17. Speaking on highway safety, Smith relayed some very interesting facts on how easily a driver is distracted and how fast an accident can occur. He also talked about how dangerous it is to be texting on a cell phone while driving and the many accidents and deaths that occur from texting and driving. Vice president Lillie Crowe welcomed Smith to the meeting. |
