'Set Our Hearts On Fire' is theme of FBC winter revival

REV. REED REV. REED The First Baptist Church, Washington, will have a series of "Set Our Hearts On Fire" Winter Revival Services beginning Sunday morning, December 6.

Services will be held each evening, Sunday through Wednesday, at 7:00 p.m.; and there will be devotional services each morning at 7:00 a.m.

The evangelist for the series of services will be Jon Reed, staff evangelist of the Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula. He is also involved in a ministry called Focused Evangelism which seeks to promote evangelism within the context of the local church as well as encourage the existing leadership in the fulfillment of the Great Commission.

Rev. Reed has a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, N.C.; and a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in New Orleans. He will deliver the messages, beginning with the Sunday morning service on December 6.

Rev. Brian Faglier, worship pastor of the Union Baptist Church, Winder, will be leading the music during the week, beginning with the Sunday evening service. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

REV. FAGLIER REV. FAGLIER The Wednesday evening service has been designated as Youth Night.

There will be covered dish meals before each evening service. Sunday night is a covered dish meal at 6 p.m.; Monday, salad supper; Tuesday, soup and sandwich; and Wednesday will be the regular family night supper. Reservations are required for the Wednesday evening meal.

Rev. Klay Aspinwall, pastor of the Washington church, extends an invitation to all those in the community who are interested to attend the special services.
