Jesus shows us joy and peace during life’s difficult moments
TO THE EDITOR:
Thank you,
As we went through the Easter season of ’09, our family celebrated the merciful work of Jesus on the cross for every sin and sinner, His redeeming grace for of our lives. Not for one second did we think we would face the kind of months that have followed. BUT, here we are eight months later looking again toward the focus of our lives, our Jesus, but with a deeper appreciation of His deliverance, over and over, minute by minute we have been carried and comforted by his love.
He has used you; our friends and community to minister and meet our needs. There is no way to recount or thank each individual so we ask that you accept this as a very sincere and personal note of gratitude from our hearts to yours.
Calli’s cancer and journey have given Jesus a means to show us indescribable joy and peace in the midst of deeply difficult moments. Not one second of our journey, of her journey, has been traveled alone. We are approaching what we hope to be a healed, cured, new phase. We praise God continuously for his love and miracles.
It is our deepest prayer and hope that if you have never met our Jesus personally that you will come to us, we will be happy to share with you the simple way to Him so that you too can live in peace and forgiveness regardless of the hurdles, struggles or situation in your life. We can guarantee you that He loves you and is anxious to meet you.
Approach Christmas this year not looking at the hustle and bustle, at the lights of the world, but instead at The Light of the World, The Majestic One, Jesus.
We greatly appreciate you all, we love you everyone.
