His first wall hanger
Samuel Anderson, 8, of Clarksville took this seven-point buck while hunting in Wilkes County with his grandfather, Darrell Rogers. “This is his second buck,” Rogers said, “and the best one, so we’re having it mounted.” Samuel shot the buck while spending the week with his grandfather, using the new .243 rifle that he got for his eighth birthday last month.
