Jackson is ‘Friend of Youth’


The Washington Optimist Club named Frank Jackson (left) as recipient of the its 2009 Friend of Youth award in honor of his dedicated work with the young people of Wilkes County over many years. President Kyle Brown presented the award to Jackson at the Club’s regular December meeting at the Fitzpatrick Hotel.
