It is hard to believe it has been a year since last Christmas. But here it is again. So I'll say "Merry Christmas" to one and all. I hope everyone will have a great time with family and friends. . I am writing this early on Thursday, December 17, but if things go as planned, all my family will be with us on Saturday, then we will go to Raleigh on Wednesday to spend Christmas weekend with James' family. .Wednesday night we went to Washington Manor Personal Care Home for their Christmas party. A lot of friends and relatives of loved ones who live there attended. We enjoy going to this event every year. James has been Santa Claus there for many years, and he has more fun than anyone. One little boy told him that he was not the real Santa. He said, "I was the real one yesterday." .Connie Moore visited me Monday morning. We had a nice time together.
