On Christmas night, the Snow on The Square brought out crowds of snowlovers framed by The Fitzpatrick Hotel, including a few romantic couples who were inspired to snuggle and smooch in the Christmas atmosphere. “We’ve had the most wonderful crowds for every Friday and Saturday nights’ Snow on The Square event,” said Tourism Director Ashley Barnett. “The children have been just thrilled, and people are staying and shopping and dining in Washington. I believe it’s really made a difference this Christmas.”
