Subcontractors from RK Steel Contractors in South Carolina braved strong icy winds Tuesday afternoon, erecting structural steel for the second floor of the new section of Wills Memorial Hospital. With temperatures in the 20s and 30s, the steady wind made the job of steelworker more of a challenge than ever. The regeneration of Wills Memorial began in July 2009 and is expected to take 30 months.
