$100 in gas awarded

The Wilkes County 4-H B.B. Shooting Sports Team held its annual winter gas raffle fund-raiser to kick off the new season and awarded the $100 in gas prize to Jerrel Pharr. This fund-raiser provides the young team members the opportunity to participate in matches on the district and state levels that otherwise would not be possible. It also helps to get supplies and materials needed for each member for the upcoming season. The team greatly appreciates the support it received for its shooting sports program.
