Drunk driving and drivers license violations, along with minor property crimes, filled out the roundup of arrests logged in Wilkes County during the period December 25 through January 30.

Willie L. Cofer Jr., 20, of Washington, was arrested January 11 by Washington police and charged with burglary, theft by taking, and with possession of tools for the commission of a crime. He was held on a state probation violation.

Recardo M. Grant, 20, of Washington, was arrested January 4 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with felony theft by taking. He was released on $8,000 bond.

Saintwain R. Roberts, 21, of Washington, was arrested January 5 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with entering an auto with intent of felony. He was bound over to Superior Court.

Evelyn Allen, 36, of Washington, was arrested January 1 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with sale, distribution, possession, etc. of dangerous drugs; drugs to be kept in original container; and violation of the open container law. She was released on $6,446 bond.

Brandon Mosely, 28, of Calhoun Falls, S.C., was arrested January 4 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was bound over to Superior Court.

Archie D. Acree, 33, of Washington, was arrested December 31 by Washington Police and charged with battery. He was released on $5,200 bond.

Valerie Edwards, 46, of Wilkes County, was arrested January 19 by Washington police and charged with criminal trespass. She was held on $3,500 bond.

Dedrick Jerome Willis, 21, of Washington, was arrested January 23 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Willie Norman, 43, of Washington, was arrested January 23 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and with failure to stop for a stop sign. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Reginald Luke, 28, of Rayle, was arrested January 6 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with speeding (26-30 mph over) and with driving while license is withdrawn. He was released on $7,000 bond.

Ferdinand Corwin Montfort, 51, of Washington, was arrested January 3 by Washington police and charged with failure to stop for a stop sign and with driving while license is withdrawn (4th). He was held on $3,922 bond.

Dennis Blackmon, 26, of Washington, was arrested December 28 by Washington police and charged with misdemeanor obstruction of an officer. He was released on $3,700 bond.

Jomarkus Callaway, 22, of Washington, was arrested December 27 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with driving while license is withdrawn. He was released on $1,500 bond.

John Lee Lewis, 48, of Rayle, was arrested December 26 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with driving while license is withdrawn. He was released on $3,826 bond.

Ricky L. Jordan, 49, of Washington, was arrested January 3 by Wilkes deputies and charged with giving false information or a false name. He was held on $2,500 bond.

Marion Brittain, 17, of Lincolnton, was arrested January 1 by Washington police and charged with failure to drive within a single lane and with driving without a license. He was released on $1,620 bond.

Asucena Cedeno Madrigal, 24, of Wilkes County, was arrested January 1 by Washington police and charged with driving without a license. She was released on $713 cash bond.

Randall T. Osborne, 20, of Washington, was arrested January 3 by Washington police and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on $566 bond.

Marvin Pender, 31, of Washington, was arrested January 5 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with contempt of court (child support). He was released on payment of arrears.

Shalanda Milton, 24, of Washington, was arrested December 31 by Washington police and charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on $566 bond.

Felicia Milton, 22, of Washington, was arrested January 11 by Washington police and charged with theft by shoplifting. She was released on $233 cash bond.

James Earl Hollins, 50, of Washington, was arrested January 8 by Washington police and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on $566 bond.

The holidays kept both Washington police and Georgia State troopers busy with some 18 arrests for driving while intoxicated and associated charges.

Allen Rajohn Davis, 33, of Crawfordville, was arrested December 26 by Washington police and charged with DUI, driving with no insurance, expired tag, and driving without a license. He was released on $4,114 bond.

Tracy Moore, 51, of Wilkes County, was arrested January 1 by Washington police and charged with DUI, failure to drive within a single lane, and with driving with an open container. He was released on $2,268 bond.

Dedrick Jermaine White, 36, of Lincolnton, was arrested January 15 by Washington police and charged with DUI, failure to drive within a single lane, and with a traffic charge. He was released on $1,918 bond.

Nikeyia Lajoy Blackmon, 33, of Washington, was arrested December 26 by Washington police and charged with DUI. She was released on $1,628 bond. Blackmon was also arrested on December 28 and charged with obstruction of an officer and released on $3,700 bond.

Yolanda Norman, 31, of Tignall, was arrested December 27 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with DUI, and with violation of the open container law. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Gregory M. Barnes, 31, of Washington, was arrested December 26 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with DUI, violation of the open container law, and with driving in violation of a limited permit. He was released on $4,000 bond.

Alfonzo Stewart, 23, of Washington, was arrested January 6 by Washington police and charged with DUI, driving while license is withdrawn, and with failure to drive within a single lane. He was released on $3,248 bond.

Sim C. Binns III, 36, of Lawrenceville, Ga., was arrested January 1 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with DUI, and with driving while license is withdrawn. He was released on $3,054 bond.

Willie Benson, 53, of Wilkes County, was arrested January 1 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with DUI. He was released on $1,628 bond.

Thomas H. Beard, 25, of Washington, was arrested January 10 by Washington police and charged with DUI and with failure to drive within a single lane. He was released on $1,822 bond.

Earl C. Main, 58, of Jefferson, Ga., was arrested January 16 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with DUI, and with failure to drive within a single lane. He was released on $3,500 bond.

Mike S. Carroll, 35, of Wilkes County, was arrested January 18 by Washington police and charged with DUI and failure to drive within a single lane. He was released on $1,822 bond.

William Lewis Clark, 44, of Elberton, was arrested January 18 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with DUI, and with failure to drive within a single lane. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Kimberly S. Crew, 26, of Washington, was arrested January 23 by Washington police and charged with DUI, and with driving without headlights when required. She was released on $1,724 bond.

Timothy Elija Barnes, 39, of Sharon, was arrested January 23 by Washington police and charged with DUI, and with disorderly conduct. He was released on $2,194 bond.

Charee Benson, 48, of Wilkes County, was arrested January 24 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with DUI and with failure to drive within a single lane. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Sintasha Binns, 35, of Washington, was arrested January 24 by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and charged with DUI, and with violating the requirement for brake lights and turn signals. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Terry Jones, 39, of Dewy Rose, was arrested January 23 by Washington police and charged with DUI, speeding (26-30 over), driving while license is withdrawn, and with drive while tag is suspended. He was released on $4,758 bond.
