Judge Chip Hardin honored for service

Former Washington Municipal Court Judge Walton “Chip” Hardin was honored at last week’s Washington city council retreat. Mayor Willie Burns spoke of how long the two had known each other, and thanked Hardin for his years of service as municipal judge since 1996. Burns presented Hardin with a plaque of appreciation from the City of Washington.
